About the Recipe

When my toddler’s eczema started flaring, I realized healing had to start from the inside out. That’s when I started making Caldito MVP...our “Most Valuable Pot.”

This bone broth is rich in minerals, collagen, and gut-soothing nutrients. It's simple, healing, and perfect for families with sensitive tummies. We sip it, cook with it, and even freeze it for busy days. It’s one of the first foods I introduced in our low-tox, eczema-healing journey and now I’m sharing it with you.

Ingredients

 Ingredients (serves 6–8):
  • 3 grass-fed bone marrow bones

  • 1 small white onion

  • 2 carrots

  • 2 celery sticks

  • 1 splash apple cider vinegar

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Filtered water (just enough to cover ingredients)

Preparation

 Steps:
  1. Add bones and veggies to the Instant Pot

  2. Pour in filtered water just to cover

  3. Add a splash of ACV and a pinch of salt

  4. Pressure cook on high for 2 hours

  5. Let the pressure naturally release, then strain the broth

  6. Let cool and store in fridge or freezer

  7. (Optional mamá tip: Add extra broth into each freezer container with meat to keep meals juicy when reheated!)
