Ingredients
Ingredients
Main:
1 lb (450g) grass-fed ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder or 1 fresh garlic clove, minced
1 tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper (helps absorb turmeric’s curcumin)
2 cups bone broth (homemade or clean ingredient store-bought)
Optional for serving or freezing:
Extra splash of bone broth for reheating
Preparation
Steps
In a bowl, combine the grass-fed beef, garlic, turmeric, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix gently—don't overwork the meat.
Roll into small palm-sized meatballs. No fillers needed—just pure, nourishing ingredients.
Lightly brown the meatballs in a skillet to seal in flavor and natural juices.
Pour in the bone broth, cover, and simmer on low heat for 15–18 minutes, or until cooked through.
Spoon broth over the meatballs before serving to keep them moist, juicy, and gut-friendly.
To freeze: store in silicone cups or containers with a splash of broth to keep them tender when reheated.
