About the Recipe
I created this recipe during our son’s eczema healing journey. I wanted something nutrient-dense, gut-friendly, and actually delicious for a toddler. It quickly became his favorite drink so we called it Copa de Campeón (Our Champion’s Cup). Healing foods can be simple, joyful, and powerful.

Ingredients
Ingredients:
½ cup chopped mango (fresh or frozen)
½ cup chopped papaya
1–2 soft dates (remove the seed in the center)
1 kale leaf (de-stemmed)
½ cup 100% grass-fed whole milk (or milk of choice)
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Preparation
Steps:
Remove the seed from the date(s).
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add more milk or coconut water to adjust texture.
Serve immediately or chill in fridge up to 12 hrs.
(Optional mamá tip: Pour extras into popsicle molds...it makes the best eczema-friendly frozen treat!)
